How long can I rent an item?

You can rent any item for 1 to 30 days per booking. The exact availability depends on the owner's schedule shown on the item's page. After you place an order, the owner has 6 hours to confirm before the slot is released back to other renters.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes — as long as the item is not already booked by someone else and the total stays within the 30-day limit. Open your active rental in the app and request an extension; once the owner accepts, the additional rental cost, 5% service fee, and 3% insurance fee are charged automatically through Stripe.

What if an item is unavailable?

If an item is not available on the dates you need, save it to favorites and you'll receive a push notification as soon as it's free again. You can also message the owner directly in the app, or browse similar items in the same category from other owners near you.

Do I need to clean or maintain the item before returning it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — items must be returned in the same condition you received them. Every booking includes a 3% insurance fee that covers accidental damage, so if something does go wrong the owner can open a repair claim directly in the app and our team handles the rest.
